The Above-ground Storage Tanks (ASTs) that dispense fuel for the campus had degraded over years of environmental exposure. As part of this exposure, the protective coating began to fail and needed to be replaced in order to stay in compliance and maintain the integrity of the ASTs to prevent the tanks from degrading. The project scope included applying a new protective coating system to these tanks as well as upgrading the fuel delivery systems, piping, lighting and drainage.
