Under an IDIQ Contract, TMG converted nine existing pod classrooms and the media center into conventional classrooms and an enclosed media center. The project included minor alterations to the building’s structure and utility service.
The alterations were required to accommodate the mechanical and electrical equipment that will support air-conditioning for the renovated space. The interior corridors that linked the open-space pods were also renovated. Classrooms containing single-use toilet rooms were renovated to meet current ADA standards.
