TMG was actively engaged in completing the remaining phases of exterior ADA upgrades at Tidewater Community College (TCC) in Virginia Beach, VA. The comprehensive effort included significant improvements to parking lots, pedestrian sidewalks, building entrances, and overall aesthetics of the campus site.
TMG successfully completed approximately $3M worth of work on this project with additional phases to follow. The project represented a major undertaking, given some challenges faced by the Virginia Community College Systems (VCCS). Our Virginia Beach team stepped in and provided the leadership, coordination, and execution necessary to keep the project moving forward.
Under the supervision and management of our experienced project team, substantial progress was made while maintaining adherence to inspection requirements and engineering specifications. As a result, VCCS and TCC leadership expressed satisfaction with the pace of the project and TMG’s ability to deliver excellence efficiently.
The improvements at TCC will provide lasting benefits to the college community while enhancing the safety and overall appearance of the grounds for students, faculty, and visitors to the campus.
