TMG executed comprehensive renovations to the kitchen and cafeteria areas, which encompassed significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. A crucial aspect of this undertaking involved managing the work in phases to ensure the Owner’s continued partial and full occupancy of the existing buildings during construction. This approach necessitated meticulous coordination with school staff to uphold normal operations, particularly regarding site access, security, and scheduling of work during and after school hours, and over spring break for Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS).
The successful completion of this project highlights TMG’s ability to manage complex renovations within operational school environments, ensuring minimal disruption to daily activities. The contractor’s adherence to project phasing, safety protocols, and coordination requirements were instrumental in delivering the required enhancements effectively.
