Since 2012, TMG has held four consecutive three-year Job Order Contracts with LCPS and is providing on-call general construction services to Loudoun County Public Schools. Many of these projects are extremely time-sensitive due to requirements to work over summer break, holidays, and weekends. The work also almost always entails working in an occupied environment which requires special attention to safety, security, cleanliness and protection. Due to the size of the school district, projects can include but are not limited to historic work, modernizations, additions, updates to critical systems, and adding spaces for students and employees.
