Under contract with Arlington Public Schools, TMG was hired to add a new kitchen addition and small interior entrance vestibule to the existing school building. The project involved the demolition of the existing kitchen and enclosure, followed by the construction of a larger, modern kitchen and a new interior vestibule within the administration suite to enhance security. The scope also included comprehensive upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems. All work was carefully sequenced to minimize disruption, with TMG maintaining access to walkways, corridors, and adjacent occupied spaces throughout the construction period.
