TMG delivered a comprehensive design-build renovation of Gray’s Landing Restaurant at NSF Dahlgren as part of the Navy NAF.
The scullery was completely gutted and renovated. This space can also serve as an overflow kitchen. The serving line was remodeled and new equipment was installed. This included replacing an overhead hood with an Ansul, which is designed to extinguish fires in commercial kitchens.
