TMG delivered a state-of-the-art pickleball enclosure at the Nitro Athletic Complex, enhancing recreational amenities for the City of Nitro in West Virginia. The project involved enlarging existing grade beams, erecting a robust steel framework, and installing both exterior and interior canopy components imported from Italy.
A challenge of the project was the integration of metric and imperial measurement systems, requiring precise coordination throughout the construction process. The team utilized a 500-ton crane with 300,000 lbs. of counterweight to assemble the steel trusses on the ground and then set them in place with a boom extended over 300 feet.
The Nitro City Park Pickleball Enclosure now stands as a premier facility for community recreation, reflecting TMG’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional results.
