TMG delivered Ben’s Chili Bowl project at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), bringing an iconic Washington, DC restaurant brand to one of the nation’s busiest transportation hubs. The project involved the complete build-out of a new food and beverage concession within the airport, designed to capture the vibrant spirit and welcoming atmosphere of the original Ben’s Chili Bowl while meeting the rigorous operational and safety standards required in an active airport environment.
The scope included full interior construction, installation of kitchen equipment, custom millwork, finishes, and integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. TMG coordinated closely with airport authorities and concession operators to ensure minimal disruption to airport operations and to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
