TMG was selected for the Design-Build Construction of the Equipment Maintenance Shops 3 and 4 Addition and Renovation project at Washington Dulles International Airport.
This complex project involved the addition of a large maintenance bay to an existing equipment shop, which was in use during the duration of the project, along with new office space and restroom facilities.
The project involved all building trades and coordination with MWAA’s on-going operations procedures to ensure a clean, safe and efficient work environment.
