TMG was awarded two consecutive Job Order Contracts to provide general construction services to the Fairfax County Housing and Community Development Authority in Fairfax County, Virginia. The contract encompassed a broad range of work, from minor repairs to major improvements and renovations across the Authority’s residential portfolio, including apartments, townhouses, group homes, and other county-managed properties. All projects performed under this contract reflect the federally funded nature of the work and TMG’s demonstrated experience navigating HUD and federal compliance requirements.
