TMG is currently building the new first class lounge for Air France at Dulles International Airport.
This 11,500 SF renovation includes a complete gut and remodel of their existing lounge as well as a second level expansion with elevator. The new lounge features a full kitchen with buffet food service, two bars, multiple seating areas, restrooms, and a dumbwaiter.
The lounge space features high end, custom millwork and finishes including a circular dining area. Custom seating is upholstered with European fabrics. Each bar features a custom glass and powder-coated liquor display. TMG is also installing a custom, powder-coated metal screen wall. Rounding out the high end finishes is custom carpet and epoxy flooring.
Currently, the work being performed is the installation of the elevator shaft pit on the lower level of the space. This work is part of a two-stop elevator for the Air France Lounge. RCE Construction, LLC is performing the work. Construction is expected to be complete in Spring 2019.
