The Matthews Group, Inc. t/a TMG Construction Corporation (TMG) is an institutional and commercial building contractor whose core specialty is Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracting.

TMG is a leading IDIQ commercial general contractor in the Washington, DC, metropolitan region that successfully completes hundreds of task orders, job orders and call orders on a yearly basis for projects located at Washington Dulles International Airport, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Fort Belvoir, and numerous government/institutional sites in Loudoun County, Virginia.

TMG’s ability to effectively deliver IDIQ services is enabled by an organizational structure that utilizes specifically designed systems, procedures, training and home office support functions that allow our project personnel to manage and perform hundreds of projects concurrently.

TMG’s primary organizational focus is to maintain the business processes, procedures and properly trained personnel that support the workflow of a variety of ongoing IDIQ contracts. We further supplement these efforts with the in-house capability to self-perform civil and carpentry-based architectural aspects of the work. TMG accomplishes the work we are tasked with through the use of a blend of subcontractors, design professionals, and full-time employees that include Project Managers, Superintendents, Construction Engineers, Safety Engineers, Quality Control Managers, Trade Foremen, Carpenters, Equipment Operators, Pipe Layers, Painters, Laborers, and other administrative and technical support personnel.
