He has worked in the construction industry for over 17 years and has been with TMG for close to a decade. Joe joined the firm as a Project Manager and continues to consistently deliver exceptional results on high-profile, complex projects. His management techniques have earned Joe multiple promotions over the years. His sophisticated project execution and ability to establish long-term professional relationships amplify his extraordinary leadership skills.
“I enjoy training and mentoring people. One of my favorite projects was a complete renovation of a mission critical space for one of our top clients. It was a high-profile project that came with many challenges, including multiple design changes after construction began. This required a lot of coordination between TMG, our subcontractors, and the client,” shared Joe.
Joe is skilled in contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. He fosters collaboration among teams and implements best practices with a proven record of managing challenging, large-scale, and multi-project portfolios.
