TMG was selected by Arlington County to perform a renovation and modernization of the county’s two-story Central Library facility. The renovations provided a new state-of-the-art Maker Lab with a Quiet Room for metal and woodworking.
Multi-purpose meeting spaces were programmed with glass storefronts and county-related graphics on the glass. Electrical and data equipment was installed for 32 new computer workstations.
Additional upgrades included modifications to fire alarm devices and adding electrical outlets and data ports in the floor throughout the library.
The team accomplished this project efficiently as the library remained open in full operation during the construction process.
