TMG was awarded a Job Order/Indefinite Quantity to perform projects at locations throughout Prince William County, Virginia. All work under this contract is priced through the Construction Task Catalog. Our project capability varies from small complex repairs to large design-build projects.
One of the job orders involved the replacement of the Children’s Pool at Andrew Leitch Park. This $2.2 million project demolished and replaced an existing children’s pool play area and splash pad. A 7,500 SF concrete splash pad with specialty playground structures including slides, sprayers, and a large capacity dump bucket were constructed in this space. The scope of work included, but was not limited to, earth moving, site concrete, electrical and lighting, as well as site plumbing utilities with specialty pool structures.
