TMG jumped back into Dulles International Airport (IAD) to bring Extreme Pita to Northern Virginia. Extreme Pita is a Vancouver based fast-casual restaurant concept serving wraps, flatbreads, salads, smoothies, and topped fries. The IAD restaurant is currently the only location open in the United States.
The space, not including the patio, is approximately 900 square feet. The project converted an existing retail space into a new restaurant location, including a new high pressure gas service, water and sanitary services, full electrical service upgrade, Captive Aire rooftop system, walk-in cooler and freezer, all new kitchen equipment, millwork, and a patio space for customers to enjoy their meals.
