TMG hosted our semi-annual Superintendents/Foremen meeting on Monday, October 9, 2023. Our site teams and Executive Committee were brought together to network and discuss safety practices. In addition, there were several presentations covering field operations, safety lessons, business development and IT updates, and special remarks from the President of TMG.
A highlight of the afternoon was the presentation of the Superintendent of the Year award. This year, TMG recognized a Superintendent from each team – Regional and Secure – in recognition and appreciation of their efforts in creating a safer work environment and delivering a quality product to our clients. New this year was the “Above and Beyond” award, given to a recipient in appreciation for innovative problem-solving, dedication to the success of TMG’s projects, and for lending expertise during proposal and bid reviews.
All attendees of the meeting received a special gift of safety items including a TMG-branded beanie hat, first-aid kit, and a safety shirt.
