On Monday, October 10, 2022, TMG hosted our second semi-annual meeting of the year for our Superintendents, Foremen, and Field Supervision crew.
This half-day meeting provides an opportunity for our site teams to come together and discuss best practices and challenge resolutions; receive safety and IT training; listen to presentations on operations, finance, business development and HR; and hear from guest speakers on safety initiatives and new field equipment.
A highlight of our October meeting is bestowing the annual Superintendent of the Year award to show appreciation of efforts for creating a safer work environment and delivering a quality product.
Our field teams are the backbone of TMG and we work hard to create opportunities for open communication, idea sharing, and training for these key team members.
