On November 18, 2021, staff from TMG’s Arlington and Riverdale offices donated their time and volunteered at the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC).
AFAC provides dignified access to free groceries, allowing families to devote their limited financial resources to obligations such as housing, utilities, medication, and other basic needs. AFAC depends on the help of over 2,000 volunteers who bag, distribute, drive, glean, grow, help in the office and warehouse and organize and assist at special events.
TMG’s staff spent their day parceling large bags of oatmeal into smaller bags that will be placed in the donation bags they hand out to the people that receive food assistance. It was a great team building event. Thanks to everyone who donated their time to those in need.
