This project involved a fast-track, phased major renovation of the servery and display cooking areas of a fully operational cafeteria that serves thousands of meals per day. The work took place at night between September and November, allowing the cafeteria to remain open and fully operational during the entire construction period. Substantial completion was achieved prior to the scheduled completion date.
The project is in a cleared facility and involved significant tile, drywall, millwork, food service equipment, and mechanical and electrical work.
“We recently met a difficult deadline for one of the highest visibility projects we’ve had in quite a long time. While the demands initially seemed unrealistic, even impossible at times, through collaboration and “one team” approach, not to mention the extra efforts of employees…, we succeeded! The attention to detail and ability to foresee bottle necks and avoid them is greatly appreciated, especially during times of extreme pressure. In addition, on this particular project, the extra hours worked by TMG and your subcontractors, while maintaining the standard of excellence, greatly contributed to our ability to satisfy our client. Thank you so much for your dedication and commendable work ethic.”
