TMG completed construction of the new, $3.5 million first class lounge for Air France at Dulles International Airport. This 11,500 SF renovation included a complete gut and remodel of their existing lounge as well as a second level expansion complete with a new elevator, a full kitchen equipped with a two-level dumbwaiter, a buffet food service display, two bars, multiple custom seating areas, and restrooms.

There was extensive coordination of high-end, custom finishes including millwork with integral power and audio/visual equipment, powder-coated metal and glass liquor displays, and custom-installed plaster wall panels. In addition to finishes, the renovation included modifications to the existing life safety systems, and modifications to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
