TMG is pleased to announce the completion of a prototype ticket kiosk located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Springfield, VA, Metro station. Metro train system riders who depend on the Fairfax Connector Bus System to complete their commutes can now easily purchase tickets, pick up bus schedules, and obtain other useful information at the kiosk. The highly sculptured, stainless steel structure features bullet resistant construction for the attendant’s safety, and integral millwork to display printed materials. TMG’s team included CM Steel, Art Creations, and Merical Electrical. (The project Superintendent was Bill Ball.)
