TMG’s IAD Team completed the Tech Showcase retail store located in the new Terminal B-12 gate at Washington Dulles International Airport. The store sells a wide variety of electronic equipment for travelers, particularly cell phone attachments and high-tech accessories. The store is owned by Airport Wireless, based in Wellington, FL.

The project presented numerous challenges. The space was cramped, providing very little room to work. It also required a significant amount of high-end millwork, which had to be skillfully installed to fit the tight dimensions. The design also called for a large amount of heavy stainless steel. TMG’s project crews, however, are well adept at working in occupied spaces with inimical disruptions and were able to complete the entire project within 90 days.

TMG also completed an Airport Wireless Store at Washington Dulles International Airport for the same client.
