TMG Construction Corporation is under contract to the Loudoun County Public Schools to perform renovations and construction on a Task-Order basis to various schools throughout the county.

Recent projects include:

• Douglass School and Community Center. TMG Construction Corp. was contracted to ease overcrowding at Douglass School in Leesburg by relocating seven office trailers from a school support facility at another location to construct a remote classroom facility. The project required completely dismantling, transporting, reassembling and converting the trailers into classrooms within a five-week time span to accommodate additional students scheduled to arrive after spring break. This was accomplished by running two project teams simultaneously. One project team was tasked with dismantling the trailers, installing temporary shoring and preparing the trailers to be moved while a second team constructed the new foundations and installed site utilities at the new site prior to the move. This effort was followed by the relocation of the structures, interior retrofit to create classrooms and exterior improvements that included decks, walkways and site restoration.
• Interior office buildout of the LCPS Administrative building on Education Ct. TMG added a conference room, renovated office space and installed custom cabinetry to file rooms.
• Miscellaneous renovations and repairs at Sugarland Run Elementary, Seneca Ridge Middle School, Sterling Middle School and Rolling Ridge Elementary. Projects ranged from sitework to ceiling replacements and a broad range of other interior finishes. Project teams installed new vinyl flooring, replaced door hardware, painted untold classrooms and repaired brick exteriors.
• Other projects included repairing a broken sewer line under Stone Ridge Middle School, installing storage shelving at Rolling Ridge and Sugerland Run Elementary schools and installing safety rails for ADA compliance.
