Located next to Knight’s news concession across from Baggage Claim 4, Guava & Java is billed as an innovative food and beverage concept targeting airport clientele. This 1,045 SqFt. coffee house and snack concession presents a sleek Polynesian flair - with cherry millwork that complements its next-door neighbor.

Owned by J.J.’s Juice and Java, Inc. of Great Falls, Va., Guava & Java is one of nine locations across the U.S. Work included demolition, millwork, tiling, signage, equipment and furnishings as well as sprinkler and fire safety upgrades. Subcontractors included RCD Electric, Natelco, Art Creations, McClary Tile, Roman Mosaic, Classic Plumbing and Cavalier Fire Protection Inc.
