TMG is in the third year of a multi-million-dollar IDIQ contract at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport that calls for dozens of renovations, new construction and repairs. Task order projects are located throughout the Airport including the B/C Terminals. TMG has completed about 40 projects with varying scopes of work. Project teams have renovated office space, including the recently completed Police Station in Terminal B. They also have completed various other service work tasks such as the installation of signage throughout the airport, repairs to doors, and repairs to baggage belt conveyors.
Capital improvement projects include installation of sprinkler deluge valves in the airport hangars, catwalks at the boiler plant and injection grouting of leaks at expansion joints. We have also performed site work projects, such as the installation of a new bus entrance to the economy parking lot. Other tasks completed to date include relocating CTX machines for Northwest Airlines, implementing electrical improvements at Hangar 5, performing demolition and new wall construction on the Mezzanine Level of Hangar 12, constructing a new guard shack, and installing sprinklers and ductwork. TMG works directly for MWAA and must interact with their codes enforcement department, fire marshal, various MWAA shops and end users to ensure the successful completion of each project assigned.
