Description
This project includes selective demolition of an existing airport terminal shell space (located at Gates B-49 and B-51 at IAD) and full interior fit-out of a high profile airline club. The fit-out includes concrete slabs (slab on grade replacement and suspended slab on metal deck), vertical circulation (monumental stair and elevator), interior partitions, finishes, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, fire alarm, food service equipment and installation of each.
The project has an absolute completion date of December 11th; overtime and acceleration costs may be associated with certain trades.
Trades include, but are not limited to: Demolition, Drywall, Millwork, Carpentry, Masonry, Painting, Tile, Glass & Glazing, Flooring, Conveying Systems, Elevator Installation, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Structural Steel, and other miscellaneous building improvements.
