Proposal Manager / Technical Writer The Proposal Manager/Technical Writer will search targeted websites for potential leads, manage the "go-no go" process, manage the preparation of proposals, edit technical documents, write technical website articles, interview field personnel for timely news on job sites and write articles about construction and engineering processes, attend trade show and construction association meetings as appropriate, and manage our corporate communications program.

Requirements: BS in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, English, or Marketing; 2-5 years experience in general contracting or engineering marketing, a thirst for closure and a passion for work. High energy position. Multi-tasking critical. High organizational skills.

Software Engineer TMG's Software Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's proprietary information systems platform as a member of its in-house software development team. TMG's information systems provide an integrated suite of decision support, workflow, collaboration, and transaction tools that enables the company's process driven business units to work in a highly efficient and interdependent manner. These tools are comprised of a blend of in-house developed applications as well as customized open source and commercial software. The Software Engineer reports to TMG's ICS Manager who acts as the lead developer on TMG's development projects.

Construction Quality Control Manager TMG's Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) is responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of specific TMG projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards. The CQCM role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and working with other in-house personnel (e.g.: Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a quality product.
