Project Manager TMG's Project Manager is an individual who provides the knowledge, skills and experience to manage task order type and design/build projects. The PM shall accomplish the professional aspects of the work primarily by means of direct efforts and through the assistance of a small staff of professionals. TMG's Project Managers (PMs) are able to demonstrate the ability to manage the cradle-to-grave aspects of the entire life-cycle of a commercial and/or institutional design/build projects. The role includes an understanding of process management and the ability and agility to perform work that is contracted through a variety of contract delivery methods that include: indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Lump-Sum Contracting, Design/Build and Fast Track contracts. The primary focus of the PM is to accomplish work by means of subcontractors; however the PM has the capability of managing self-performed construction activities that benefit the project.

Construction Engineer TMG's Construction Engineer is an individual who provides the knowledge and skill to support TMG's Project Management and/or Field Operations in performing the technical aspects of managing building and civil related commercial and institutional construction projects. TMG's Construction Engineer supports the project management process by performing engineering tasks such as processing shop drawings, handling the work flow of RFI's, document control, change management, outsourcing, estimating, scheduling and other related activities. The Construction Engineer role in the TMG organization is a developmental position in which younger well educated career minded constructors are provided an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the construction process and to develop management skills to advance within the TMG organization.

Superintendent TMG's Superintendent provides the knowledge, skills and experience required to manage the day-to-day field operations of task order and/or larger lump institutional and/or commercial construction projects that TMG undertakes. TMG's Superintendents are responsible for the production aspects of the work and are accountable for: producing quality work that is constructed consistent with the standard's set forth in the project's contract documents; for performing the work in a timely and cost effective manner and for maintaining a work environment that is safe and continuously kept clean and orderly. Moreover, TMG's Superintendents are the forward face of TMG and are responsible for establishing a professional work environment that includes: fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting proactive and effective communication, facilitating problem solving and for minimizing and resolving conflict in a constructive manner. The primary focus of TMG's Superintendent is to provide the managerial and leadership skills necessary to accomplish the work by means of subcontractors and to manage the day-today issues of a small self-performed workforce.

Laborer The responsibility of a laborer is to assist other crew members with construction tasks (i.e.: concrete forming, drywall partitions construction, etc.). The role of laborer includes manual labor, errands and escorting as needed, as well as assisting other trades to the extent necessary with hands-on work.

BIS Systems Administrator TMG's BIS Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, monitoring, repairing, and expanding TMG's enterprise network and systems operated by its Business Information Systems (BIS) department. The BIS Systems Administrator is responsible for performing routine systems and network administrative functions, monitoring the health and availability of network resources, and planning, engineering, and deploying various upgrades and expansions as needed. This is a highly technical role with an emphasis on providing a best in class platform for TMG's ever growing operations. The Systems Administrator reports to TMG's Director of Business Information Systems.

Pipe Layer / Laborer The responsibility of a pipe layer is to lay clay, concrete, plastic, or cast-iron pipe for drains, sewers, water mains, and oil or gas lines. Prepare and grade the trenches either manually or with machines. After laying the pipe, weld, glue, cement, or otherwise join the pieces together. Requires manual labor as well as assisting other trades to the extent necessary with hands-on work.
