Director of Information Technology TMG's Director of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible for the proactive development of strategies, technology solutions and vision of TMG's Information Technology infrastructure. TMG's DIT is responsible for the planning, directing, organizing and supervising of all information technology activities and staff, including Networking, Information Security, Desktops and Servers, Enterprise Software, Help Desk activities, telephone systems and the overall IT infrastructure and architecture. The DIT is a key staff member who is responsible for anticipating and meeting the organization's current and future IT needs and requires someone who is not only technically savvy, but who also possesses strong business and communication skills to influence and drive best-in-class solutions. The DIT reports to TMG's Vice President of Operations and serves on TMG's Executive Committee.

Laborer TMG's Laborer I provides support and assists other field operations personnel with construction tasks for the carpenter crew (drywall framing and hanging, concrete forming, painting, etc.) or for the civil crew (earthwork, site utilities, concrete construction, etc.). The role of Laborer I includes manual labor, errands and escorting as needed, as well as assisting other trades to the extent necessary with hands-on work.

Carpenter The Carpenter position is to accomplish specific carpentry related construction tasks (i.e.: concrete forming, framing, trim carpentry, drywall partitions construction, etc). The role of carpenter includes blue print reading, layout, developing lists of materials, record keeping, and coordination with other trades to the extent necessary and hands-on work.

Civil Superintendent TMG's Superintendent provides the knowledge, skills and experience required to manage the day-to-day field operations of task orders and/or larger lump sum institutional and/or commercial construction projects. Superintendent's are responsible for the production aspects of the work and are accountable for: producing quality work that is constructed consistent with the standards set forth in the project's contract documents; performing the work in a timely and cost effective manner and; maintaining a work environment that is safe and continuously kept clean and orderly. Superintendents's are the forward face of TMG and are responsible for establishing a professional work environment that includes: fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting proactive and effective communication, facilitating problem solving and for minimizing and resolving conflict in a constructive manner.

Heavy Equipment Operator TMG's Heavy Equipment Operator must be able to operate all types of heavy civil equipment safely, productively and efficiently. This position requires grading, excavating, loading, hauling, placing and compacting of earth, sand or aggregate to facilitate the completion of various civil earthwork projects.
