Pipe Layer TMG's Pipe Layer is to lay and join concrete, plastic, or cast-iron pipe for drains, sewers, and water mains. This includes rigging pipe for hoisting, setting pipe to grade and affixing the pipe joint. Prepare and grade the trenches either manually or by communicating with onsite equipment operators. The Pipe Layer position requires manual labor as well as assisting other trades to the extent necessary with hands-on work.

Laborer II The responsibility of a laborer is to assist other crew members with construction tasks (i.e.: concrete forming, drywall partitions construction, etc.). The role of laborer includes manual labor, errands and escorting as needed, as well as assisting other trades to the extent necessary with hands-on work.

Superintendent I TMG's Superintendent provides the knowledge, skills and experience required to manage the day-to-day field operations of task orders and/or larger lump sum institutional and/or commercial construction projects. Superintendent I's are responsible for the production aspects of the work and are accountable for: producing quality work that is constructed consistent with the standards set forth in the project's contract documents; performing the work in a timely and cost effective manner and; maintaining a work environment that is safe and continuously kept clean and orderly. Superintendents I's are the forward face of TMG and are responsible for establishing a professional work environment that includes: fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting proactive and effective communication, facilitating problem solving and for minimizing and resolving conflict in a constructive manner.

Construction Engineer I TMG's Construction Engineer is an individual who provides the knowledge and skill to support TMG's Project Management and/or Field Operations in performing the technical aspects of managing building and civil related commercial and institutional construction projects. TMG's Construction Engineer supports the project management process by performing engineering tasks such as processing shop drawings, handling the work flow of RFI's, document control, change management, outsourcing, estimating, scheduling and other related activities.
