Operator II TMG's Operator II must be able to operate all types of heavy civil equipment safely, productively and efficiently. This position requires grading, excavating, loading, hauling, placing and compacting of earth, sand or aggregate to facilitate the completion of various civil earthwork projects.

Pipe Layer TMG’s Pipe Layer is to lay and join concrete, plastic, or cast-iron pipe for drains, sewers, and water mains. This includes rigging pipe for hoisting, setting pipe to grade and affixing the pipe joint. Prepare and grade the trenches either manually or by communicating with onsite equipment operators. The Pipe Layer position requires manual labor as well as assisting other trades to the extent necessary with hands-on work.

Carpenter / Laborer The responsibility of a carpenter / laborer is to assist other crew members with construction tasks (i.e.: concrete forming, drywall partitions construction, etc.). The role of laborer includes manual labor, errands and escorting as needed, as well as assisting other trades to the extent necessary with hands-on work.

Civil Foreman / Operator The Civil Construction Foreman responsibility is to handle all aspects related to craft personnel and construction equipment management and the making of decisions pertaining to production on a daily basis. The foreman directs the day-to-day activities of equipment operators, laborers and other craft employees and has the capability to manually complete any activity when necessary.

TMG's Project Manager is an individual who provides the knowledge, skills and experience to manage task order type and design/build projects. The PM shall accomplish the professional aspects of the work primarily by means of direct efforts and through the assistance of a small staff of professionals. TMG's Project Managers (PMs) are able to demonstrate the ability to manage the cradle-to-grave aspects of the entire life-cycle of a commercial and/or institutional design/build projects.

Quality Control Engineer NAVFAC IDIQ "Blue" Position

TMG's Quality Control Engineer (QC Engineer) is an individual who provides the knowledge, skills and experience to define, inspect and document the daily work associated with ongoing construction projects to ensure that the work is being constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards for the project. The QC Engineer's role is to support the Project Manager, Superintendent and others that are focus on the broader aspects of the project by providing a focused effort on Quality of the physical work. The QC Engineer reports directly to TMGâs Vice President of Operations for the sake of assuring that a conflict of interest does not occur among the productivity, schedule, and the quality objectives of the project.
